We are glad to present you a new issue. The articles accepted for pubblication in our journal are translated into English, which increases worlwide accessibility and citation rates of the articles. Hereby, we expect an increase in citation rates in the forthcoming period. The number of articles that have been accepted but not published has increased and this makes us happy. However, this situation is a delay for authors. Therefore, we have come to a conclusion that the number of articles included in an issue will be increased in 2018.

We are pleased to be with you with this new issue and new topics again. In this issue, you can find many interesting and valuable articles.
